Lisa’s career choices have involved travelling extensively both in the UK and overseas, adapting to change has always been a requirement so Lisa’s resilience, seeking adventure and the desire to constantly challenge herself have all played a positive part to making this achievable.

Bringing over 26 years’ experience delivering emergency first aid gained from her long career, working in the Airline Industry as Cabin Manager.

On board an aircraft is commonplace for First aid incidents to occur, so remaining calm under pressure, the right knowledge and competency is essential.

This extensive experience led Lisa to progress into the training team and enjoyed all that this role brought in training and mentoring both new and existing employees.

Personal development is very important to Lisa, so she continued to further her skills and achieved the Education and Training Award as well as completing 2 years Counselling & Psychotherapy gaining her CPCAB level 3 qualification.

A combination of skills, enthusiasm alongside her comprehensive work experience means Lisa is well equipped to recognise and understand different learner style requirements. No single approach is right for all, therefore it is important to adapt teaching techniques accordingly to suit individual needs.

Lisa’s mission is to offer high quality, fun training to equip all learners with knowledge and confidence to provide lifesaving care.
